Coast Studio (“Coast Studio,” “we,” “us”) is a brand of Left Coast Agency, LLC. This policy describes what information we collect through coast.studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our consultation form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, website URL, approximate monthly media spend, and anything you write about your growth goals. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type); Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which maintains standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a fit to work together, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site and our business — including Netlify (hosting and form processing), Google (analytics), and our email provider. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works fine without analytics cookies.

Data retention

We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to them, and for our business records afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at jason@coast.studio. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
